Hi,

I just joined and I have a question about my UC statement. My take home alliance was £631 which now decreased to £404! Is that because I claimed for a rent help or is there other reason? also I uploaded some childcare costs but the paid one of them which was in my current payment period. The others that I paid to book childcare service for summer, hasn’t been paid. Are they going to pay in next payment of as soon as the booked service date passed they will pay separately? Thanks in advance for any advice
