I completed change of circumstances form in March 2024 as my mobility and mental health deteriorated and I'm have full CPN and physiotherapy support, my award ends in 10 weeks and I've heard nothing from DWP on change of circumstances or the original award, I'm very worried as to how id manage as I cannot work ATM and for the foreseeable future. I tried to call DWP but only get automated reply to say wait for a letter. Any help, advice or input would be gladly recieved. TIA Grant - Scottish resident

Your post is confusing because you mention PIP and ADP. If it’s ADP you’re claiming then you would need to contact Social Security Scotland. 0800 182 2222
    https://www.socialsecurity.gov.scot/contact
    DWP do not administer ADP.

Its ADP , it was changed over from PIP when I moved to Scotland, DWP gave me the number you have , I called and got automated as stated in my original post.

I know from other threads for ADP there are long delays with decisions. I know with PIP awards continue until a decision is made but I have no idea if this is the same for ADP. Sorry I can’t be of anymore help, we don’t have that many threads for ADP.

    Hi @GrantABC.

Here's a link to the Citizens Advice Bureau page for ADP https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/scotland/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/adult-disability-payment/adult-disability-s/ . It has lots of information on there. You could contact them for more advice or contact Social Security Scotland as Poppy said.

Got a 3 year award at last, I'm unsure whether there is any back pay as it's not mentioned in the determination.
