Pip tribunal
My friend recently got an ongoing award but has appealed against the standard mobility. She got the bundle and we went through it and she found quite a few discrepancies and fired a letter off to the tribunal in her defence! Said letter was rather brutal but honest (her words) and now she's wondering if the tribunal send it to the DWP…. Never having a tribunal I've no idea of who sees what so which lovely person is going to say she should have kept it simple…😂

Yes everything extra that’s sent to HMCTS will also be sent to DWP.
I wouldn’t go as far as keep it simple but ideally she should concentrate on where and why she thinks she should have scored those points. Less focusing on the report and the actual reasons for not awarding points and more focus on where and why.

Ah I knew you'd come to the rescue, thank you. Her letter was straight to the point, I thought it was very good but she's a little worried because the word 'incompetent' was used… I'll be seeing her later so I'll let her know. Thank's again your a star.
