Hi, my name is Data4me1830! Don't know how much LCWRA I'll be getting. Will I get backdated pay too?
Hello,
I have just been granted LWCRA but the letter I received yesterday didn't mention how much I will be getting each month neither if how much backdated money I will be receiving.

They are standard letters and never give any other information because not everyone is owed money. The LCWRA element is £416.19/month, paid from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note. It's not paid at all during that waiting period.
When it's paid from will depend on the answers to the following questions.
1/ What date exactly did you provide your first fit note? If you don't know then please check your journal.
2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?
3/ Did you continue to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on your claim?
