hi my blue blue badge is up for renewal very soon but I’ve heard that dwp are taking over 12 months to do renewal of pip so will the council renew my blue badge or any idea how i what I should do thank

If a decision on a PIP review hasn't been made 35 days before your award is due to end DWP will send you a letter to tell you that your PIP has been extended for up to 1 year. You can then use that letter along with your original PIP award letter, with the mobility section to reapply for your BB. This is what I did back in June and my BB arrived a few weeks later.
Or you can apply for the BB without a PIP award and just go through the assessment.
