Providing there were no gaps In your fit notes until a decision was made your waiting period will be April/May, May/June, June/July.. LCWRA starts from 4th July to 3rd August and first payment would be 10th August.
If the element isn't included for this month can you please check the exact date that you provided your first fit note, as it's the date you provided it that counts, not the date on it.
Also if there were any gaps that can affect when the extra money is paid from.
Please note, this is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives this element on your claim.

Oh so i didnt tell them until April 30th and provided the sick note which was dated from 20th March until end of June, then i continued to send fit notes with no brakes.

Ah yes, that will be the reason why it's not included. Although they accept the fit note at the time you provided it, they will go from the date you provided it when calculating the waiting period, which is correct.
This changes when the extra money is paid from and your waiting period will be May to August.. LCWRA starts from AP 4th Aug to 3rd Sept and first payment will be 10th September.
