Severe Disability Premium backpayment Processing wait Time?

heya so i got a call from the DWP When i applied for severe disability premium, and it turns out i Had a period when i should have been getting it, and the DWP told me I'll be getting a backpayment for a period when i should have been getting it, Though i cant recieve it again until I move outta my current arrangements (its a long story)

After a phone call, they told me they had sent it away to be Processed and sent it to "DWP Bradford" , and i Asked how long Will the wait time be, But they didnt say, But they said its for Calculating the exact amount they owe me, Minus something i owe them, But the amount they owe me is more than i owe them

Should i call them again to ask about it? Its been about 3 weeks since i got that call

Hi @pyrooeliy. Welcome to the community. I'm not entirely sure what the wait time would be but I know things never move quickly with the DWP. Hopefully another member can share their experience.
