Hi,
I recently received my pip forms in the post but I am struggling to write it due to hand pain and swelling, can I ring the pip helpline and request digital link to be sent to me? This would help a lot. My forms are due back mid August.
Thanks.

If this is a new claim then yes you can ask them if you can claim online, although it's not offered to everyone.
If it's a review of an existing claim then there's no option for an online form.
You can also type the answers on separate sheets and print them off, rather than write on the whole form. You will need to make sure you state which question the answer relates to. to save confusion.
Or if you don't have access to a printer you can ask someone to write the form for you.
