Do you currently live alone? If so and your pension credit includes the Severe disability Premium you will lose that, unless your son is either registered blind or claims a qualifying disability benefit himself, such as PIP/ADP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care.
The loss of the SDP could also stop Pension Credit, which could also affect other benefits such as council tax reduction and entitlement to WFP due to the new rules announced by the Government recently.
