I’ve a disability with my right hand snapped a tendon in 2016.
And it’s effects things I can no longer do.
Also got prolapse bladder. Migraines
Have problems with tendons. I have ADHD & Autism struggle with communicating. Can’t budget can’t cook. Or budget. I have my medication made up for me.
I stuffer anxiety & depression but I only get 4 points
I know what I can and cant do
I think they marked it wrong. But ain’t going to change there minds

Have you ever challenged the decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration? If not is there any reasons why?
To constantly reapply using the same evidence you previously used will likely see refusals every time.
It also helps to have some understanding of the descriptors and what they mean. Have a read of this.
If the decision on your most recent claim with within the last 13 months you're still within the timescale to request the MR.

I'm sorry to hear they turned you down for PIP, but as Poppy has said, it's always worth doing an MR, then the tribunal. It's much better than reapplying. 😊0
