Anxiety
Why does anxiety hit late at night early hours of the morning laying here worrying starts with a thought the email I sent to Stephen timms stomach flips and now whole sensation of fear through my body never at peace I wish so badly I didn't have to rely on benefits doesn't let you rest living day to day worrying lose everything on top of MH issues I feel so trapped so unhappy at times so vulnerable and scared can have a few good days then something brings me back to hell like us all if I had money I'd live on the countryside with loads of animals I'm 52 from age of 14 I've had MH had some hard times I'm life but I never felt as scared then as I am now how do other people deal with life advents

I'm so sorry you're feeling scared @Catherine21 but I can empathise. My 'head weasels' as I call them always tend to be worse when the lights go out and it's just me and my thoughts. But there are ways of getting them to quieten down, but it does take practice to do. You've been honestly doing great recently and I've been seeing the progress you've been making, so big yourself up for that.
I agree living on a big plot of land, surrounded by animals really is the dream. Have you thought about looking into some volunteering? Maybe something online? It'd help keep your mind off things and it may help the anxiety? I know it really helped me, but I know every one is different.
