Would like to ask a question I am currently sick with anxiety and depression also wrist pain from an injury my work coach at the job centre says I have to attend an appointment there every 2weeks is this correct under the circumstances has it causes me a lot of stress and I have to go on public transport to get there which is even worse for me.

When claiming UC, it is part of the contract to attend appointments, but if you're ill, you can ask for reasonable adjustments and ask for the appointments to be done over the phone. It's worth adding your illnesses onto your journal and if you can get fit notes from your doctor, this could start the route to getting a work capability assessment.
