hi i just wanted to ask i’m receiving pip for my severe anxiety and depression i’m on hrc no mobility as i think is wrong reason was i could mix with people which i can’t at all i do not leave my house i have to have phone appointments with doctors but rarely i can’t cope with them and cancel i was awarded in october, i’m wonder could i still do a mr or appeal to a tribunal just for the motbility as i think it the decision is utterly wrong if i could appeal straight to a tribunal would it effect my payment also

You will need to request the MR first because without that you can't appeal to the Tribunal.
You have 13 months in which to challenge the decision. As you're outside the 1 month timeframe you'll need to give a reason why you didn't request it within the first month.
You should put that request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.
They will look at the whole award again and not just part of it. The most likely outcome of the MR anyway will be the decision is likely to remain the same.
More chance at Tribunal stage providing you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing.
Please do be aware that they will only take into consideration how your conditions affected you at the time the original assessment took place. Any worsening of condition since then will not be considered.

right so am i best to do a change of circumstances and request a new form as i have new medication and worser symptoms to my neurological symptoms and my doctor phone appointment my doctor can also write me letters as evidence i just wanted to know if would i still be payed as normal or will my payments be stopped while been reassessed

i’m unsure weather to do change in circumstances as i’m on new high medication and worse symptoms i’m in agony all day all night i’m not sleeping much sorry for long conversations i feel like i’m trapped in my own head with my depression i’m a nervous reck constantly having anxiety panic attacks where i’m shaking constantly my doctors referred me to msk to review my pain medication they haven’t been in touch i’m not good with all this and would appreciate guidance on what to do my kids and isolated and don’t get out much because of my anxiety and depression i don’t even move 200 meters i don’t mix with anyone i can’t be around anyone new and i definitely can’t cope around anyone i do know which i don’t communicate with my own family it’s that bad please and advise would be appreciated

If you report changes to your health condition you will be sent another form to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. Another assessment is most likely because most have them.
Once a decision is made your award could either stay the same, be decreased, increased or stopped completely.
I can't tell you what do as you're the only person that can decide that.
