Access to work grant

hello
I haven’t been working for 8 years due to always in pain but I would like to know about access back to work does anyone know anything about this I would like to know thanks

Hey @delise1, I have used Access to Work, though I was already in a job when I started the process. You have to have a job lined up to start within the next 12 weeks, or be in a job to use Access to Work. However, it is very useful for being able to get adjustment equipment and other help for whatever role you are going to be doing.
If you are not in a job, or do not have a job lined up, there is the Work and Health Programme: Work and Health Programme - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
It is accessed through your local Jobcentre, you do not have to be in receipt of benefits to apply for it though
