PIP
Hi all. I had my telephone assessment middle of July. Just wondering how long it usually takes for the assessor to pass it to the next person that makes the decision about if you are eligible. Have not had any texts saying that they have got it yet. Thanks in advance

They don't always send a text once the report is returned. Although sometimes a report is chosen at random for an audit. If this has happened it means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly. The only downside is it can delay the decision making process.
Once it is returned a decision can take up to 12 weeks.

Hey @brian_fae_fife, as Poppy has said it can take some time if the report is either chosen for an audit. You could call PIP up and see what is happening, as they may have some more information about whether it has, or has not, reached the decision maker yet.
