Review complete text
Hi everyone
I got this review complete message yesterday and am now waiting for the letter. I am worried about this as I did not have any assessment with anyone on the phone or in person. Probably like most people I am now thinking that they have removed my current award. Have many people had a positive result when this has happened.
Thanks

You will have had a paper based assessment. This doesn't mean you've been refused. You can ring PIP to ask what the decision is, even though the text advised you not to ring, it doesn't mean you can't.

I recently had the same text after waiting almost a year for review. I received the letter 4/5 days letter, can’t remember exactly. Award stayed the same but for longer so please don’t panic. Hope it’s a good outcome for you.

i have rang and been told my award stays the same for an ongoing period which is a relief, although i did explain on my form that my daily living needs now require more help they do not appear to have considered that, i am aware that i can ask for them to look at the decision again, however i would be scared to do this as i fear they may reduce what i have, and i think i have been very lucky that this has been a paper based decision. Any thoughts on this?
thanks
