Just been diagnosed with Austism

hi every one my mental health team had thought I came across as having Austism so they put me threw some tests and I have Austism which explains a lot bout how I get fixed on things . They are gonna arrange extra support for me . They want to get me a learning disability nurse as well as my mental health nurse has any one got a learning disability nurse ?
