Advice on housing, fight to keep the house because no room
Hiya would if anyone can give me some advice,I have to brother one mentally disabled, and the other brother has learning difficulties, my mom has passed a week ago,the only family we have is her brother,mom never made a will,I lost my older brother over 20 years ago,he was the one who was going to care for them both,I am a special guardian to my grandson who ive raised alone ,ive had him from a year old,hes nine,my totally world,he only my family but they passed my dad died 10years ago,I made a promise that I will take over the role of looking out for them,I live in a 3 bedroom house I own my self,I'm so lucky,my brothers live opposite me with my mom,now I have to fight to keep the house,cause I have no room,my son with me and my grandson ,I'm so worried that kick I'm out,cause my brothers need me..could you please give me some advice I be so grateful xx

I'm sorry to hear about your mum. Is there a reason you have to fight to keep the house can I ask? Is it local authority housing or a private house? Hopefully we can help with a bit more information. I'll also just move this over to our Housing category.
