I’m Mag53, and I have hamstring pain from sitting on my butt in a chair for 5 years. I do massage, ancestral clearing healing, and exercise the best I can. Still the tightness returns periodically. Beer helps for an hour but that is not a healthy solution. 🤣 ibuprofen doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hey @mag53, welcome to the community 😊 Sorry to hear about the pain. Have you spoken to your GP at all? I wonder if something like physiotherapy might be needed to help with it? Sorry if you've already tried this, just the first thing that comes to mind!
