    Hi im Teresa,I leave in Greenwich in a lovely one bed flat on the second floor im trying to move to a ground floor flat due to health reasons,my housing association suggested going private,the local council want help either,I'm on house swops but not having any luck with them.

    Hello @Teresa102 sorry you aren't haven't much luck with finding an exchange. It's all very different from my time when we used to put exchange notices on postcards in shop windows. Are you wanting to move out of Greenwich? Do councils still hold lists of empty or unoccupied properties anymore? Sorry, I'm not being very helpful. Hopefully someone will be able to perhaps give some tips to help. But I wanted to say hello anyway.
