I have to pay £1200 (direct line) for insurance due to the number of claims on my insurance history. And £300 excess. Can I contest or challenge this? I have 6 sp30 (speeding) points on my license for another 2 years.

To be clear, are they charging you the £1,200 because of each of the insurance claims you've made?
The excess is £300 if you're under 25. If 25 and over it's £100.
