UC not responding to journal, PIP but appointment made
I am really concerned that my messages in journal aren't being responded to and I have telephoned helpline twice.
I'm migrating over and was told due to my disabilities I would not have to attend job centre, already get PIP but appointment has been made.
I did journal entry immediately and have phoned several times. Still appointment showing.
I'm so worried about this. Has anyone else had similar or any advice please?

Hi,
You will still have to complete the ID verification. That can be changed to a home visit or phone call if either of those are suitable for you.
What heading are you putting the messages under? I've been using the 'appointment' heading and was getting fairly quick responses until this week. Think there are probably a lot of staff on holiday now.
PIP is not relevant for UC.

Thanks. I've done the ID verification online.
I know PIP doesn't make a difference, I just thought they'd understand about my needs and disabilities.
I've tried the headings appointment and payment as well as phoning helpline
