I've been worried lately by falling/tripping more often & thought it was CP related…turns out that I've a folic acid deficiency…Within days of starting meds it stopped, and I'm back to my usual level of mobility. If people are seeing their GP about falling it might be worth getting that checked too.

You are so right! Being vitamin or mineral deficient can have a real adverse effect on our mobility. I am so happy that you had the issue identified and then put right 😊
