Changing details
So…no judging please, sh*t happens
Almost 2 years ago I got married. We lived together for about 3 weeks before we realised nah, not working and we went on our separate ways. We had a LB and I was on UC. I didn’t formally change my name bc well, we separated. However, we have since had another LG - he is still in my life as we shared the first child who he is very much involved with and we are still on speaking terms. My first LB is now asking why my name is different than he and his sisters so I have decided to actually change it to be the same. Also, my ex and I have been spending more time together again so you never know - I’m not holding my breath but still.
How do I explain this to UC to change my name there. I changed it with HMRC and thought it would change UC automatically that way but it doesn’t.
Thanks!

Hi @Mamaneedshelp24 and welcome to the community 😊 After looking at the government website, it says you need to sign in to your UC account to report a change of circumstances
