Hi, my daughter has a mobility car and it's in my name and my daughter's name but my partner drives the car and it's a vauxhall combo and it has sliding doors and back in may I used the sliding door when I got in the car and I got very bad pain in my shoulder . so I went to see a doctor and he said I have rotator cuff damage then I was referred to physio and physio said I may have rotator cuff damage or frozen shoulder. I was given exercises to do and i went back to the doctor's because the pain was so bad and I'm struggling to use my left arm and then the doctor sent me for an x-ray and it came back I have mild narrowing of the left acromioclavicular and inferior left glenohumeral joint .who do I report this to because of my damage to my arm and limited movement

If the PIP award is your daughters and you are just the appointee then there's nothing to report.
