A quick query, a friend is on LTC, and only gets PIP payment. She is using the time to start her business, but she needs help with purchasing equipment. She can't apply for ATW because she has not started Self-Employment.

Is there another way that she can purchase goods without paying the full price? is there a website or store online that she can get refurbished or second-hand?

    She is looking at an Adjustable chair, table and a monitor. She is on a PIP budget only

    I'm not sure exactly where she could find those but maybe it's worth looking at facebook marketplace or second-hand groups in her area? Vinted is also good.
