Pip letter saying they had all information needed

I just received the letter saying they had all the information to make a decision. My partner never got he just received a letter saying he been declined is this a good thing?

If this relates to your own claim, it's just one of those standard letters (sometimes a text) that are received, & doesn't mean a thing either way other than they have all the info they need.
