Hi, my name is Janawoodhead! Should I ring to clarify of said appointment?
I had a call today about my 1st appointment/ assessment arranged for next week, The guy who called spoke that fast ( I wear hearing aids) so did not get all he said I stopped him a few times to ask him to slow down, he did for the 1st word after then proceeded with the fast talk, on all occasions of me stopping him, anyway he said I would get an e mail, but said email hasn't been sent so now I'm worried that he has mis spelled or misunderstood what I said when telling him my e mail address. Should I ring to clarify of said appointment/assessment call

You haven't said what this is referring to, is it Universal Credit or something else?

If it's a new claim appointment it will likely be to just agree to your claimant commitments. It should only be a very short appointment.
I'm not aware of them sending appointments through email, usually it's a letter In the post.
