Your in the lwcar group so confusing
Ive been put in to the LCWRA Group not sure if I am meant to keep sending in Fit notes,? as them at the dwp phoned me saying don't send in anymore fit notes my first fit note was 15th January 2024 my last fit note was June 15th 2024.. now I don't know what I am meant to do now this is so confusing how all long is it before you get a letter from them stating when you will get ur backdated n when will your payments start

After the confusion on your other threads and you said you actually had the decision and were found to have LCWRA no further fit notes are needed. Although you should receive a decision letter in the post because you don’t have access to a journal.
You don’t need to attend any appointments or look for work.
I gave you advice regarding when to expect first payment of the LCWRA element on your previous thread. This was my reply…
Your waiting period will be Jan/Feb, Feb/March, March/April.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 17th April to 16th May and first payment will be 23rd May. Any money owed to you will be paid as a separate payment and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.

Sorry to have been a pain as to come across from working all my days, now I can't work due to my disability this is a bit confusing but thank you for your support poppy starting understanding it more now so confusing at first many thanks poppy for your help
