4 September 2024 is a Wednesday, which is principally for PMQs, after which the main business will be the committee of the whole house and the remaining stages of the Budget Responsibility Bill - see www.parliament.uk. which is the primary source to research/find out what is going on in Parliament.
Here is the link to Parliamentary business on 4 September 2024:-
There was a debate on various petitions (e-petitions 593296, 619481 and 620962) relating to disability assessments on Monday 4 September 2023

I suspect you have read an article which is at least 12 months old and refers to an "upcoming debate" on 4 September 2023.
This highlights the problems encountered when searching/browsing the internet about anything to do with PIP/benefits - i.e. you can lock onto a date you see and completely miss the fact it is a date from the past. The danger of that being loading yourself/potentially others with unnecessary additional anxiety.
The Parliamentary website has a calendar tool and you can select any date and read exactly what is going on in the main chambers of the commons/lords, and in the various general committees, select committees and joint committees (select which chamber/committee you wish to view via the drop down tool).
The website is easy to navigate and of course exists pursuant to one of the bedrocks of our democracy - i.e. the electorate's fundamental right to transparency in respect of the democratic process.
My strong/impassioned message, delivered in the spirit of protecting your health/well-being, is to refer to the parliament website if you want to check what the "order of the day" is on any given day when the Commons and/or Lords are sitting and avoid browsing the internet using certain key words.
