my son receives UC ,pip and is chc funded. He is about to start having some overnight respite at his day centre. As in go in Tuesday morning 10am and come back Wednesday 6pm once a week and go in Friday morning 10am and come back Saturday 6pm once a fortnight. How will this affect his PIP payment and will I need to contact them. Also will this affect UC.

Hi @kez7. I found some information about this here Respite and Benefits. The information about PIP and respite is on the second page. It mentions that the Daily Living Component would stop after 28 days. There is something called a 'Linking Rule' which is explained next to the information you're looking for. It also discusses other benefits.
