Returning Review Form

I guess that recorded stops things getting lost in the post. I hand wrote all of my first PIP form so I really didn't want to rewrite another one if they did lose it, or get about 20 sheets of evidence re-photocopied. It's good to know all they need is proof of posting. I'm aiming to get mine posted on Friday the day before the deadline before the extended deadline and I didn't know if there would be anyone to sign for it if it arrived on a Saturday. I'm probably overthinking. And this time I will be printing everything out not writing by hand so it would be easier to replicate.

I had about 5 weeks in total to do mine with the 2 week extension but I'd already been doing it prior to receiving the form because I knew it would come around August time, but I wanted to make sure that everything was right this time so I've looked it over, redone a bit. I'm hoping it's ok.
I'm still wondering if I should mention the fact I had to appeal the last time or if I should bother with it not going to a tribunal? Would the DWP have note of it all anyway?
I'm also thinking about asking for a longer award with me being given 2 x 5 year ones and being on enhanced for both.

I just have a quick question and didn't want to start another thread.
Do you usually receive a text when the DWP receive your form? I haven't yet and mine was sent back first class on the 06/09. I did however put my landline as preferred phone number because I don't use my mobile for phone calls and I was worried that they would call that if they need to do an assessment, however, I know for a fact that they do have my mobile number because they've text me on it before.
Thanks in advance.

I think it's fairly pot luck over whether you receive a text or not @Nashota though if you've not supplied your mobile number on the form, they'd not be able to send you texts, as the number would not be on the current claim.

Hmm, well on the form it only gives one slot for a phone number and as it said preferred we obviously put the landline, otherwise I would have added my mobile as well, but they've always had my mobile number.
I'll get my son to give them a call on Monday to make sure that they've received it and to see if they still have the mobile number as well so they can send texts when needed. I obviously don't mind receiving texts to it, it's what it's used for mainly.

My son called the DWP on Monday, they received the form and appear to have uploaded it already, she said that it's taking up to a year, I had an adviser from an advice centre who said some are taking up to 2 years?
My son also gave them my mobile number to add.
So now I just have to sort the rubbish medical centre out while I wait lol. They are still messing around with my complaint and medical records which has been going on for 2 and a half years now.
