is there anybody out there? Still part of this Leigh day claim? I do not understand how they have dropped me as a client now after five years because I didn’t accept the offer that the DWP have made Leigh day have been paid to represent Me they have let me go after five years because I wouldn’t accept the offer. Has this happened to any other people, please?

    I've accepted the offer. It's clear it's a no win situation (even though we won,) and I decided something is better than nothing.

    We've been treated as shabbily by LD as we have by the D*P in my opinion.

    Time to put it to bed, now. If the D*P randomly pays out the EDP sometime in the distant future, consider it a bonus. The D*P is a law unto itself and above the law.
