Taking holiday and starting new job permitted work??

I may be leaving my job because the company keeps underpaying me - I’ve booked holiday and I was wondering if I leave my job while taking holiday and start working a new job that week - of annual leave - will this affect my permitted work because it annual leave ? The new job is a week in hand - so this would cover pay while I’m working my week in hand and get paid for my new job!?

how would it take me over the income if I’m being paid for holidays in current work and not getting paid because week in hand in new work- if anything it would take me over my hours ? But if I’m not working in current work just holiday but working in new work - then really I only worked the permitted hours in new work because holiday?? I wasn’t working the hours..
