Hi is it worth talking to my doctor, and asked them for a letter to support my case ? To send of with form, any replys greatfully received , cheers

Any written evidence in support of a claim - be it clinical or perhaps a diary of where, when and how you felt when last doing an activity - can only be of help.
GPs tend not to know too much about their patients daily lives and their functional limitations so OT or PT reports may have greater value but that's not to say a letter from your GP would carry no weight at all.
Your aim should be to target those activities in the ESA 50 that you are unable to do safely, reliably and timely.
