If the WCA and PIP was to be reformed would they be able to push through quick like they did the winter fuel payments which is heartbreaking sorry to ask so many questions otherwise I'd be sitting here for hours worrying

Why not pay pensions and other various benefits to those who went abroad to warm countries? With this money they can live there like a respected person.

Winter Fuel Allowance is a discretionary perk, which is why it was able to be changed so quickly.
Welfare benefits are totally different and any changes would have to go through the legislative process, which takes time and isn't even guaranteed to approval at all the various stages.
