ESA form

Do the ESA contact you , doctor, ? It's just my doctor for many years recently retired, and I haven't seen any of the new ones for some time about my severe anxiety disorder, but this will be on my records, is it worth having a chat with new doctor, about my ESA form?

I've heard mixed things @bench. Many people say that ESA never contacted their GPs in the end, but some say they did, so I think it varies quite a lot.

As it's on your records, your new GP should be able to talk them through your history should they ask, but perhaps it might be worth chatting to your new doctor anyway just in case? It might be a good chance to catch up with them so they're aware of your history and can support you in the future should you need it 😊

My GP's were contacted for both my last PIP and ESA reviews, it's apparently rare.
