I am wheelchair bound and use a mobility scooter to get around outside the house,my kids just recently bought me a Kymco mini comfort secound hand,there is no user manual,unfortunately the scooter won’t start,the little green light just under the ignition keeps blinking,we have done troubleshooting,the scooter is fully charged,the freewheel handle is on,does anyone know why the green light is blinking?
