Hello everyone. This might sound stupid but I feel useless and cut off from normal life. Don't think I want to carry on much more

    Im not like other people I suffer from PTSD and I am starting to have feelings I have never had before

    Samaritans are useless. Believe me I have called them many times and they are not professional at all. Volunteers don't make councillors

    Hi @garydown77. I'm so sorry that you feel like this. We're a community of members with disabilities who try to help each other as we can relate to other's experiences and feelings. I also have PTSD and have felt incredibly low and worthless so I can understand what you're going through.
