My form of communication

As I am aware people have the right to there form of communication in . I communicate through email as i find it difficult to retain information and with severe trust issues know this is a safe way but alaso any email is a legal document.
I struggle as well as I need support with communication so rely on cmht as i dont have any family or friends. I am unable to pick up the phone r make calls due to fear and severe trust issues. Also I self harm to ease the pain reliving events with PTSD.
This is a issue Im working on with my care coordinator which structured rehabilitation with there support starts soon
I have always communicated with care coordinators and peer support by email address as get a visit which is limited and housebound with agrophobia and rely on them immensely to be able to live independently.
Take me while to process information from each visit, and reclolate. and ask questions. Also i get immense stress rashes. so email when arises as its to do with my mental health and anxiety.
I have been allocated a new care coordinator but have asked for her email address but she hasn't responded to phone message. Has she a right to withhold it.
I am not violent I don't think I'm Jesus Christ or have any delusions m married to Elvis Presley or a danger to society or anything . Just someone recovering from a traumatic event.
Please scope warriors any advise

The NHS and social care services are required to ensure accessible and inclusive communication, especially for those with disabilities or mental health conditions. If you need to contact your new care coordinator and have not received their email address, requesting it is perfectly reasonable. If the change of worker is recent and you are experiencing difficulties, reaching out to the manager of the care team for the contact information might help resolve the issue more quickly. I hope everything gets sorted out for you soon.

There are lots of Microsoft apps. Do you know which one it is specifically?
I've been refused email communication many times over the years from many different places. Some tell me it's for my own security (emails can be hacked quite easily) and others tell me they don't use email so it's not considered a 'reasonable' adjustment. In your case, as previous CC's have used email, hopefully they will continue with some form of text based communication, even if it is through an app.

I Know emails can be hacked but I use emails as I had a major incident with one support person on another service in the past. I print off every email sent as part of my diary as evidence fir health and benefits. Being a legal document means its a directive so 8f hacked more of a legal problem direct . As all cmht services are alliances and charity run directly with hospital its policies and procedures.
Also evidence they can't deny if try to dispute with compliance and say im not communicating something I know is often done with these services.
The malpractice and negligence with support worker in past was reported by the manager not myself. But my defense and proof of the support worker negligence was evidence with past event .
Especially when your mental health is in a state

It is important to note that no electronic data sharing is completely risk-free. However, I opted out of medical data sharing with my GP years ago, so I do not use any medical apps or receive communication on my mobile phone. I prefer managing all communication via email and always call for GP appointments instead of using the surgery’s preferred app. My GP and hospital consultants are perfectly happy with this arrangement. I have the direct email addresses of my GP and hospital consultants and have never had any issues with them respecting my preferred method of communication.
If you are concerned about the safety of using apps, here's why I avoid them. Using these apps breaches my opt-out choice for medical record sharing. When you get a notification from your GP surgery or NHS provider through an app, it typically comes from a third party acting on their behalf, with the surgery or NHS provider as the data controller. This setup makes me uneasy because it means the NHS is outsourcing data processing to these third-party agencies, which might not be adequately equipped to handle sensitive information securely, despite data protection laws.
I am uncomfortable with these agencies having access to my mobile number, address, and other personal details. As a widow living alone, I prefer not to have my information accessed by people I have never met. For these reasons, I opt for email communication that goes straight to the recipient and avoids third parties. I feel more secure using emails in this way, as it gives me better control over who sees my information and how it's managed. Communicating through apps does not offer this level of protection.
Even if you have not opted out of medical data sharing, you can request that all communications be sent via email under the Disability Equality Act 2010. While many people find medical apps very useful, they are not suitable for me. Charlie since email has worked well for you in the past, I recommend continuing with this method if it suits your needs.

Files signed with an electronic signature, which may also be the content of an email, can be considered safe as their content and authorship remain unchanged.

PRoblem is she is denying me her email adress my care coordinator and saying i was never previously in secondary care when I have a discharge letter for this from the consultant ad refuses to see evidence. Even though they are hospital letters and emails from the hospital cpn whom I communicated with
