so we should be even more careful with ourselves because life and people hurt us so much, I have the impression that only here they understand me. Just one more thing if someone wrote that he is not leaving what I think, I would leave quickly, I am still a weak person, I have only just started to rise, I take everything very strongly, such words would take me back

Your not a weak person, Please don’t think you are.

Things are unpredictable at the moment but we will know exactly what’s happening on the 30th October so until then it’s best to ignore the click bait articles as they are pure fabrication.

The forum is a great place and it’s awesome that you feel comfortable here, everyone is here to support each other, lots of nice and welcoming members and of course always some nice posts running to get involved in ☺️

I am stronger every day, and I haven't read the articles, I don't even really know what it's about, why everyone is so afraid

And what have you done now? You attack me and you know nothing about me, where I am, and what I am fighting against, I am not criticizing anyone, I rather envy openness. You probably do not even realize what you have done?

Hi @vikki66 - I don't know where all that came from. I have every sympathy with @Catherine21 & just wish, as others do, that I could alleviate her anxiety.

My son's neuropsychologist said he wouldn't diagnose him, but that he was definitely 'next door' to the autistic spectrum; being my son I have seen the many problems he's faced over the past 38 years. I have been looking after my neighbour's little dog for months now since his wife, & my friend, died suddenly at the end of Jan; obviously I don't know him as well….. I therefore said that I have 'at least a slight understanding' about autism, that's all.

Everyone here who has commented is both genuine & compassionate, & I can't see that @Agulu has said a single word wrong.

I started the thread the other day about which sites for news sources should never be read, trusted or even acknowledged. It's vile the way they try scare people.

Anyway I'm nearly impossible to offend I've had quite a unique life and it's made me compassionate but also very not sure what word is best but defiant perhaps, so I'm one of those few people that do not play the games the dwp want, I don't jump through the hoops they get told by my GP, carer and my welfare worker how bad my issues are especially around interacting in person and If they don't bend My response is simple shove your money, yes I would struggle immensely but Health before money I'm extremely stubborn that way.

On the forum I try keep people positive and try steer them away from terrible news sites and ease their worry! if possible, as I say I'm immune and hardened to being offended however I must say last couple of weeks there has been a fair few rude, passive aggressive type comments and a lot of misunderstandings.

But when you're talking in text rather than voice it's much easier unfortunately to misunderstood or come across wrong because you can't see a facial expression and hear a tone of voice

There are some days though where it's less pleasurable to be on here than others.

There is no need to agitate to behave conveniently for disabled people who actually kill. This is an immediate loss.

This is very true if I think I am wrong I will hold my hands up immediately if I feel a certain way I feel it I do overshare but that's to let the person know I understand how thier feeling of I can relate ofcourse some people put up posts offering advice and comfort and I'm shut down if you don't want to discuss what you've written take it down ! Made to feel stupid yes my writing doesn't make sense I really struggle with dyslexia but I want to join in get gaslighted by friends family and the one place you think people would understand is on here no compassion at times don't tell me I cant express myself or wait and see till October pushing people anxiety down some people on here say they broke a nail and get big sweeping episodes of compassion other people treated like how dare you talk about That !!

The same thing was said about the pram on bus in the comment too, it was twisted to make it look worse than it is

    The original post said

“This was one of the brand new buses where there are two designated wheelchair spaces but realistically you could fit a wheelchair and three prams in if people move out of the way. The people who had the prams wouldn't have needed to fold them down.”

The post clearly states that the women with the prams would only need to move to allow the person in the wheelchair onto the bus but as you can see above this was twisted to make it sound like they were demanding/forcing the women with prams to get off the bus which wasn’t the case at all.

    The above comment says

“I also read a disgusting post on Friday, in which some forumites wanted women, with babies in prams, WHO WERE ALREADY ON THE BUS to be thrown off to accommodate their wheelchairs!”

Which as you can see was completely fabricated and not the case at all!

No one knows until the Budget is released on the 30th of October, Best to avoid the click bait articles floating around as they are completely fabricated and just fear mongering.

Gaslight?? How about you show some empathy, like you say you do. We are all disabled, we share that & most will also have mental health problems, including me. It isn't all about you on here, it is about all of us. Coming on here & reading fake scare stories does a lot of us no good whatsoever, but because we don't post that all the time, we're fine, huh? I give up, enjoy your Sunday!
