yesterday the carer called the office to get a needs assessment by the Social Service, she took a lot of information and said that now it's a waiting list, and I think she should probably send an int about the acceptance of the application and some reference number, how was it for you?

Hey @Agulu, glad to hear some things are happening. I hope this is something that will help in the long-term! I'm afraid I have never had a needs assessment by Social Service so I can't give my own experience but maybe some other members will have 🙂

How are you feeling about it all?
