Try and get to the doctors ASAP to at least put your mind at rest. It could be cystitis, make sure you drink lots of water and try cranberry juice.

Hi @amazingblazing628, sorry to hear you've had some worrying symptoms and are struggling with pain.

UTIs and bladder infections can be quite common, especially in women, and it's not always easy to learn why it happens. But if you're worried that it might be something serious or you're not managing with your pain, your GP will be the best person to chat to

Hopefully they'll be able to put your mind at ease 😊

Sorry to hear you are worrying so much about these, they are quite terrible and very distressing. I too suffer from many bladder infections (not cancer) which I had to go private to get diagnosed as CUTI (Chronic embedded Urinary tract infection). Thanks to much hard work and research the NHS is now aware of these.

As a first port of call, see your GP. If you have a lot of infections, then suggest it may be this embedded infection (it requires a long course of antibiotics and specialised monitoring). If you've a history of this and getting no where with GP's then ask for a referral to the LUTS clinic at Whittington hospital - the only Nhs to deal with this issue.

In any case, don't stress, the bladder gets upset when we do this and tends to be more painful. I do know what it is like to be worrying and panicking, but be at peace, there are other causes for chronic bladder infections and pain than cancer. Try hard not to think about the future 'might be's ' they only bring you down. Deal with the present issue ie. a possible infection which needs to be treated. The BladderUK network has a forum to chat about your issues - perhaps contact them.

I will pray for you and ask God to bless you with peace
