Worsening condition

Hey all.
I have a question. If anyone could share their thoughts. Ok I currently recieve higher award for both pip sections. But I seen that you must report changes bad or good. In my case my condition has deteriorated quite badly. But do I need to inform them of this. As I already get higher rate and I have a indefinite award?

there would be no need to tell them as it wont change anything

Hi,
The wording from the DWP is misleading on this. As you already have the maximum PIP award, there is no requirement to inform them of any further worsening.

Hi @ricky1040, as others have said, it doesn't seem necessary in your case. You'd only need to report it if you improved and thought you'd be entitled to fewer points, so you should be fine just leaving it as it is 😊
