Being paranoid and silly.

I have 19 conditions with autism stage 2 bordering 3 and chronic clinical depression being the two that cause most my daily issues.
I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic and I'm now allowing my anxiety to run riot.
So I'm now paranoid about eating any sugar whatsoever (not that I really did anyway) and brought a home sugar monitor which I check regularly, also lost two stone but in constant fear of it going the wrong way and getting the full blown thing and it's scary implications rather than reversing it.
I wasn't looking for advice just wanted to let it out somewhere that isn't Facebook!.
