Those dahlias are gorgeous @michael57, I'm very jealous! What did they send you by accident, are you still going to plant it?
I've just planted some green beans and sugar snap peas which I've fortified with copper slug tape in an attempt to overcome last year's pest problems. Think I only got about 3 pods last year thanks to the dog and the slugs combined 😂
I've also got some zinnias and courgettes on the go but they're still only tiny at the moment.

Oh that's lush @michael57 I've got a similar one already in the ground. A gift from our neighbour.
I've got a fun weekend weeding the raised veggie patch so I can get these seeds planted.0 -

A few days ago I planted some raspberry canes from a friend's garden, I'm so excited to see what happens. The leaves have already perked up.
At my previous address I left behind an amazing mature blackberry plant. I decided to start again here. This will be my third year and the plant isn't thriving. If it doesn't produce much fruit in the autumn I'll be digging it up & starting again.
A few months ago I was introduced to the delights of garden centres. Any excuse for another visit 😁
I got the most amazing houseplant there for £9 a Calathea, the leaves move and I've caught the sound a few times! Best nine quid I've ever spent.

give them a capful of tomato feed when you water them they like the high levels of potassium to encourage them to flower and fruit

Picked up some lovely bulbs!
The store was selling them off for 50p a pack which was a bargain, Planted them the other day so hoping to get some lovely summer flowering

pretty flower i am always dubious about buying gladioli bulbs in packets they tend to be a bit small and usually take a couple of years to flower there best i look forward to seeing them in bloom tho cant beat a bargain
