I have been awarded limited capability fork work & work related they have attached a letter to my journal which I cannot open or download but what is UCD81

The UCD81 is the decision letter for the work capability assessment. May I ask how you know what the decision was if you can't open the letter?

A UCD81 is usually to tell you that you've been awarded LCWRA. If you're concerned about the files content, I'd suggest leaving a note on your journal and letting them know you cant open it.
