Pip tribunal
Hi guys my appeal has been in the court know for 6 months I applied for pip over a year ago any idea how long it takes it to get a hearing getting desperate know as my husband is also very poorly and he's had to retire on medical grounds so lost his income got interview with universal credit on Monday I'm disabled as well any help appreciated

It's not with the court, it's with HMCTS Tribunal service. There's very long delays with hearing dates and you could unfortunately be waiting anything up to a year after requesting the appeal.

Hey @Rottweiler78, as Poppy has mentioned it can take several months to a year in some regions of the country. You can try calling HMCTS about how things are going, if you are in dire circumstances you can explain to them the urgency of your situation, however given they would have to delay and change someone else who is waiting it's not likely.
Has your husband applied for any benefits at all?

Weve applied for universal credit we've got a appointment on Monday can you please tell me I care for him at home but I work 3 days which is making my condition worse so I'm thinking of reducing my hours as I'm also looking after my husband how much can you earn up to as I couldn't just leave my job as we would have no money at all can anyone offer any advice feel like I've been thrown into a tornado

Hes also applied for pip but the phone assessment isn't until December
