It means if you are covered under either of those two Acts. This is a very broad definition. It might be easier if you'd like to say some of your conditions or symptoms?
I will say, only a tribunal can truly determine if you meet the definition. We can just give an opinion of whether you are more likely or not to be covered

aw right I just don’t know how to answer it so left it.
I have osteoarthritis all over , fibromyalgia ( chronic pain syndrome) and the joys of it anxiety / low mood . I’m waiting to see rheumatology for suspected autoimmune . Will just not answer thankYou .
