in Start here and say hello!

Hi guys, I am 39, recently diagnosed with adhd but know I am on the spectrum. My daughter is adhd, asd and pda diagnosed. Embrassing my weird. Sick of wearing a mask and pretend/try to like what NT people like.

    Hey @Meh84, welcome to the community 😊 I also have ADHD, I was only diagnosed 2 years ago in my late 20s. It can be… really tiring to always be wearing a mask. How are you doing today?
